Odell Beckham Jr. Responds to Previous Comments on Refs After Loss vs. Steelers
Odell Beckham Jr.'s frustration with officials during the New York Giants' 24-14 Week 13 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers has been well documented, and he lamented some of the comments he made in the aftermath of the frustrating cross-conference showdown.
"It's not really any point of talking about it. Nothing is going to change," Beckham said Wednesday, according to ESPN.com's Jordan Raanan. "You're sitting there wasting breath."
And while Beckham expressed regret regarding his decision to speak up after the loss, he continued to focus on what he believes were questionable calls that came at his expense.

"It doesn't surprise me," Beckham added. "Like I said, everybody knows what is going on on the field. Everybody can see it. Stevie Wonder can see it. It is what it is. You can't do anything about it. There is no point."
Beckham told reporters Sunday one official said "get out of my face," when he contested an offensive pass-interference call, according to USA Today's Tom Pelissero. He also said he believes Terry McAulay's crew shouldn't officiate Giants games moving forward.
Beckham hauled in a team-high 10 passes for 100 yards in the loss, but explosive plays proved elusive on a day when his longest catch went for 25 yards.
If there's good news for Beckham, it's that he should put his Week 13 woes behind him with an appetizing divisional matchup against the Dallas Cowboys coming up Sunday evening.
Although Beckham was limited to four receptions for 73 yards in the Giants' Week 1 win over Dallas, the Cowboys enter Week 14 ranked 29th in passing yards allowed (276.2 per game). And over their last three games, they have allowed 315.7 passing yards per outing, which ranks 31st.
Sprinkle in Dallas' opponent passer rating (100.8) that ranks 29th overall and consider that Beckham has scored four touchdowns in five career games against the Cowboys, and issues with officiating should be on the back burner when Sunday's NFC East clash gets underway.
