Preview
United come into the game desperately needing a win to keep pace with those above them.

A title challenge seems unlikely at this pointāthey're nine points behind Premier League leaders Chelseaāand a UEFA Champions League spot is also in jeopardy as they find themselves trailing fourth-placed Arsenal by six points.
What could help them turn around their form is that manager Jose Mourinho appears to have discovered and settled on his strongest midfield lineupāPaul Pogba, Michael Carrick and Ander Herrera.
Football writer Liam Canning hailed Pogba and Carrick after United's 1-1 draw with Arsenal:
Meanwhile, colleague Elko Born did the same for Herrera:
The trio work well togetherāCarrick's composure and tidy passing is complemented by Herrera's mobility and tireless running, and they allow Pogba the freedom to push forward and express himself.
All United need now is for the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial to rediscover their scoring form and they could be a real attacking force again.
It's an area West Ham have struggled in themselves, per Squawka Football:
As such, it's unsurprising the Irons have netted just 13 goals in the league this season, with six coming from Michail Antonio and three from Manuel Lanzini.
At the other end, they've been even worse, shipping 23 goals in 12 matchesāa rate of almost two per game.
With the Red Devils facing such a porous defence, they have an excellent opportunity to rack up some goals, and if they can keep Dimitri Payet and Antonio quiet, they should nullify much of the Irons' threat.
It's a test United desperately need to pass, and they should have the means to, but it's far from guaranteed given their recent formāit will be intriguing to see how they fare.
