Chelsea Transfer News: Latest on Eden Hazard and Michael Keane Rumours
Eden Hazard is prepared to leave Chelsea at the end of the season if the Blues fail to qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb (h/t Dan Gibbs of the Express) reported the Belgium international could become a target for Juventus as the Old Lady attempt to add a superstar to their squad in Turin.
However, the midfield wizard has spoken of his contentment under new Blues manager Antonio Conte, proclaiming the Italian has put his "trust" in the squad after a poor season last term.

According to Paul McNamara of MailOnline, Hazard said: "Conte puts trust in his players, and now we are good after an ugly season last year. I've always been the same player, but Conte knows how to treat players having played at the highest level himself."
There's been an improvement in Hazard's numbers this season, but his performances have remained hit-or-miss after an encouraging start to the campaign.
The 25-year-old has scored twice in seven Premier League games, according to WhoScored.com, but has displayed better form in the shirt of his country in recent times.
Bleacher Report UK highlighted the talent's start this term, compared to 12 months previous:
Hazard has continually been linked with a transfer away from England, with Real Madrid ready to pounce last summer, per the Mirror's Darren Lewis.
The player's form evaporated in Jose Mourinho's final season in west London, contributing to the sacking of the self-proclaimed Special One.
Hazard appeared disinterested last season, and Chelsea missed out on the Champions League without their star player giving an acceptable weekly performance.

In other Blues news, Conte is plotting a "huge money move" for Burnley centre-back Michael Keane, after former club Manchester United failed to add a buy-back clause in his deal when he departed Old Trafford.
Daniel Cutts of the Sun reported Chelsea will now make their move as they search for defensive recruits to swell their squad in January.
Cutts wrote a United insider revealed: “The club is kicking themselves over it, and some people are now keeping their heads down. There is a fear they could be hearing ‘we told you so’ in the near future. He has always been highly rated by United’s reserve coaches.”

Keane has greatly progressed since leaving the Red Devils, and his value has rocketed to £25 million after United sold him for £2.5 million.
The 23-year-old has featured seven times in the Premier League this season, per WhoScored.com, since his club were promoted from the Championship—and the youngster has looked composed at the higher level of English football.
Former England captain Rio Ferdinand recently lauded his former United team-mate:
"Cruel on Burnley today,Michael Keane deserved clean sheet with his performance. Attributes perfect for the England team/international f'ball
— Rio Ferdinand (@rioferdy5) October 2, 2016"
Keane is a burgeoning talent in the English game, but he was sold by United as he needed to mature at a club which could promise him minutes.
It is debatable whether the player is ready for a step up to a club the size of Chelsea, and he would benefit from a further year at his present team.
The defender is a huge presence in both boxes and could provide the Blues with an heir apparent to captain John Terry, but he would be a gamble in January and would struggle to start under Conte for an extended period at Stamford Bridge.
It would not be surprising for United to move for their former youth player—as they did with Paul Pogba—but a transfer to the capital might be tempting as Chelsea concentrate on finding fresh talent.
