Marshall Active vs. Chiefs

Sunday, Sept. 25

The Jets announced Marshall is active for Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Latest on Marshall's Practice Status

Friday, Sept. 23

The Jets announced Marshall was limited Friday after being held out the previous two days.

Marshall's Presence Essential to Jets' Offensive Success

The Jets dodged a bullet, considering Marshall's importance to their offense. He caught 109 passes for 1,502 yards and 14 touchdowns in 2015, and he has a strong relationship with quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, which in part resulted in those impressive numbers.

New York should continue to have one of the league's best defenses, and that will be a big part of its overall success this year. The Jets have to maintain a strong offense as well, and achieving that will be less difficult with their best pass-catcher on the field.
