Jose Mourinho to Reportedly Ask Pep Guardiola for a Drink After Manchester Derby
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho will reportedly attempt to "bury the hatchet" with Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola and invite him for a drink following Saturday's huge derby at Old Trafford.
The Portuguese coach has reportedly restored Sir Alex Ferguson's office at the Theatre of Dreams to its previous state—after former boss Louis van Gaal converted it to an analysis room—so that he can continue the tradition of inviting his opposite numbers for a post-match drink.
According to the Sun's Neil Custis, long-term nemesis Guardiola will be no exception despite Mourinho and the former Barcelona manager's long-term and public feud.

Mourinho, 53, once admitted to Cadena Ser that he and the 45-year-old Guardiola were "close" when they were both part of the Barcelona setup under manager Sir Bobby Robson (h/t the Daily Mail's Ian Ladyman).
However, their relationship has deteriorated following a number of hot-tempered clashes, first when Mourinho's Inter Milan beat Guardiola's Barca in the semi-finals of the 2010 Champions League and then during two seasons spent either side of Spain's Clasico divide.
Per Ladyman, the unrelenting battle with Mourinho's Real Madrid was part of the reason Guardiola opted to quit Barca and take a sabbatical in 2012.
The pair renew their rivalry in the Premier League on Saturday in a match that, though coming early in the 2016-17 season, could play a big role in the title race.
In terms of head-to-head record, Guardiola has the edge over Mourinho, per Opta:
However, each manager's team has won three from three at the start of this Premier League campaign, perfect records that will end for one or both managers following the Manchester derby.
Guardiola will be without star striker Sergio Aguero after the Argentinian picked up a three-match suspension for elbowing West Ham United's Winston Reid, per BBC Sport.
United will have their key man up front, though, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic has his own turbulent past with the man who will be in the away dugout at Old Trafford, per the Guardian's Daniel Taylor.
Wayne Rooney, Paul Pogba, Kevin De Bruyne, Nolito and Raheem Sterling are also likely to turn out in a match sure to be of the highest quality and intensity.
However, despite all the glamour on the pitch, the headlines will most likely be made by the managers on the sidelines and whether they can indeed bury the hatchet.
