I had a tough week four, going 7-7 (I hit with Virginia Tech and Oregon and barely missed with Texas Tech but looked silly with Georgia, Clemson and Colorado State), and quite frankly I have not done as well this college football season as I thought I would.

While I am 31-25 right now, I missed with BYU (-24) against Utah State tonight, which I thought was an all-but-certain lock. However, I think I've got a good feel more teams now and am very confident in my picks for Saturday's games.

In particular I think Stanford matches up very well with UCLA and that Oklahoma and USC will take advantage of their opportunities to get back into serious BCS contention.

Lets get off the ball like Jeff Saturday and hit these picks, which are in bold and based on the Bodog spread.

Record as of Oct. 2: 31-25
