Undefeated Wisconsin Travels To "The Bank" To Face Minnesota

Dan AdamsCorrespondent IOctober 1, 2009

Typically, the Minnesota Gophers take on the Wisconsin Badgers towards the end of the Big Ten season, but this year they meet in the second week of the conference season.

Wisconsin comes in at 4-0, lead by junior quarterback, Scott Tolzien. He has thrown for eight touchdowns and only two interceptions through their first four games. Surprisingly enough, the Badgers threw only 11 touchdowns through the entire 2008 season.

TCF Bank Stadium has been quite a home-field advantage for the Gophers through two games. They defeated Air Force handily, and they had a top ten team at the time in California on the ropes in the fourth quarter. One thing is for certain, when the Gophers battle the Badgers for Paul Bunyan's Axe it is always a great game.
