Dwyane Wade continued his rise up the NBA's all-time playoff scoring list Monday.

The Miami Heat's All-Star guard surpassed Hall of Fame point guard Magic Johnson for the No. 13 spot on the postseason scoring list during Game 4 of his team's second-round playoff series against the Toronto Raptors in Miami:

Wade came into Monday's game needing nine points to pass the Los Angeles Lakers legend. Since Game 7 of Miami's first-round series against the Charlotte Hornets, Wade has moved past many legends along the way, per SportsCenter:

Wade made the climb to lucky No. 13 with a 13-foot jumper with 4:50 remaining in the second quarter. He scored 15 points in the first half, accounting for more than a third of his team's total.

Former Heat teammate Mike Miller took to Twitter to congratulate Wade on his rise up the scoring list:

This is Wade's 11th trip to the playoffs, and the three-time NBA champion and former Finals MVP is having another solid postseason, averaging 21.2 points and 5.8 rebounds per game coming into Monday.

It's the eighth time Wade has averaged at least 20 points per game in the postseason.

Wade's ascension on the list shows how great of a player he's been since the Heat drafted him fifth overall in the famous 2003 NBA draft. Having made the playoffs in all but two seasons in his 13-year career is a remarkable feat.

Even without LeBron James and Chris Bosh playing with him, Wade continues to be a constant presence in the NBA postseason picture.
