WWE: B/R Tag Team Tournament Finals

The semifinals of the tag team tournament are now over and the finals are about to begin.

Sixteen tag teams started off and we are now down to the final two. Some great teams like Demolition, The Brain Busters, The New Age Outlaws, The Hart Foundation, and Team 3D have been eliminated.

The finale is between two of the most entertaining teams in WWE history. It's safe to say that there is no love lost between the four men involved in this match.

Edge and Christian vs The Hardy Boyz

What can we say about these two teams? They were popular, mysterious, and, most of all, very talented. They have fought for the world tag team title on several occasions. They fought in normal matches, Steel Cage matches, Ladder matches, and TLC matches.

Even later in their careers, they crossed paths again.

Edge had his problems with the Hardys later on in his career. Of course we remember the Lita incident with Matt, and his feud with Jeff over the World Heavyweight Championship. Even Matt and Jeff became rivals at one point.

These two teams have given the fans many matches by which to remember them. As good as Matt and Jeff were as a team, it seemed Christian and Edge were always one step ahead in winning the triangle ladder match at WM 2000, the TLC match at Summerslam 2000, and TLC 2 at WM X7.

The Hardy Boyz also had their wins over Edge and Christian at Unforgiven back in 2000, when they won the tag title inside a steel cage.

As far as in-ring wins, however, Edge and Christian were often on the winning end against the Hardys, and Edge and Christian would tell you that "It was totally reeking of awesomeness."
