Whether you like it or not, Tony Romo is going to remain The Dallas Cowboys Quarterback. Go back and look into the History of things. Great Quarterbacks have had the same issues Romo faces and have overcome them, and By Golly, Tony Romo will overcome them too.

Joe Montana started out terrible, had bad seasons and "couldn't get it done in clutch situations", Troy Aikman had the same problems. Peyton Manning was doubted for a long while before he won his Ring.

Tony Romo is still one of the NFL's most talented QB's. Sure he has had problems, but He stepped in and filled the shoes of "Dallas Cowboys Quarterback." Dallas went through Quincy Carter, Chad Hutchinson, Vinny Testeverde and Drew Bledsoe, all who got Cut!!! Tony came in and with the coaching of Bill Parcells he changed the way people look at the Boys.

Yes, he throws interceptions, yes he makes mistakes, but when He is on, He is Unstoppable. I've lived in Dallas my entire life. Anytime we lose, our town goes nuts just like any other town. Of course people will hit the Quarterback first and foremost. However we're a Team, it's not just Romo.

Take the game with New York, Tony threw Three Interceptions, and had a fumble. Oh man, did the media have a field day with that one. No one mentioned how the "beloved" New York Giants couldn't perform in the red-zone. I'm sorry but if you have 4 turnovers, you should be completely wiped out and embarrassed, but no New York still had to kick a last minute Field Goal just to win by the skin of their teeth.

The Dallas Cowboys are a good team, they have an abundance of talent. My criticisms lie with:

A.) Coaching Staff- Wade Phillips needs to take a page out of Bill Parcell's book, he's too lenient. I know players have lawyers and things so it makes it hard to really drill somebody. However If I were Jerry Jones and Wade Phillips I would walk into the locker room with a stack of pink-slips and say "Flozell, if you keep jumping off-sides I swear to you that you might as well pick one of these up before you leave. Anybody else want to be on my S*** List?"

B.) Secondary- Do you even know what position you play? Ok Terence Newman, yes you won the game tonight against Carolina, But I think you think too highly of yourself as a Cornerback, you wanna try earning the dollars, instead of talking about your game. Scandrick, get motivated or we'll find somebody who can. Our D-Line looks so good, and you just make us look so bad.

C.) Tony Romo- Chill the F*** out!!! Relax, they give you plenty of time to make a play, and your even better when you have to extend it, but you need to relax. Just smile, be happy, be a leader, and play football. When all else fails "Throw to Witten."

Those are just a few of my criticisms, at least the big ones I thought worth mentioning. Now back to Tony. I support Tony Romo because He has a lot of heart, and if Brett Favre hasn't proven already, Heart is one thing you have to have to be a QB in the NFL. I feel like our team is on the verge of some really good years, hell maybe this Team can Bring Back The Dynasty.

This season The Cowboys just need to relax and gel and just play some good football. Honestly, with those weapons we should be the #1 Offense in the league. I know its very early seeing that it's only going on Week 4, but for me I felt necessary to write this because there are too many Romo-haters, and I understand that the fans just want to win, but in order to do that you have to stand by our man.

Tony, tonight you actually made me proud once I saw you drop the seriousness, and just play with your heart and determination. As far as the rest of the team, You really showed up in the Second half, and you never quit and most importantly you got the W! Time to go to Denver, now relax, because we got some more improving to do. Oh and Tony.....keep smiling kid, your at your best when the crowd sees those dimples!!
