WWE WrestleMania 32: Early Booking Predictions for Massive PPV

The Doctor Chris MuellerJan 27, 2016

WrestleMania 32 might be a couple of months away, but that doesn't mean we can't speculate about some of the matches on the card.

Following this year's Royal Rumble pay-per-view, we have a pretty good idea of who will be heading into Mania with the major titles, and since we know the main event for Fastlane already, it's easy to guess who will be challenging for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

While it would be difficult to lay out the entire card this early, we can make some guesses about the bigger matches that will occupy the card in Dallas.

Monday Night RAW

Bray Wyatt vs. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar has been announced as one of the competitors in the Triple Threat match at Fastlane to determine the No. 1 contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, but based on recent events, it is more likely he will be involved in a different feud come WrestleMania.

The Wyatt Family destroyed Lesnar on the final Raw before the Rumble, and then the members focused their efforts on him again during the actual Rumble match.

Lesnar may have been able to fight them off for a little while, but eventually, he succumbed to their superior numbers.

All signs seem to point to Lesnar and Wyatt going to war at some point, and WrestleMania 32 seems like the best venue.

We don't need to see Lesnar vs. Triple H again, but having The Beast take on Wyatt would be a fresh matchup. If WWE needs anything right now, it's feuds we haven't seen before, and this one would be amazing. Just think about the promos Paul Heyman and Wyatt would deliver during the buildup.

Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks vs. Becky Lynch

The Divas division has some incredible talent right now, and the three women fans seem to connect with the most are the trio of NXT standouts who started the Divas Revolution.

We have seen just about every combination of these three women steal the show at various TakeOver events, and having them take that kind of intensity to the biggest PPV of the year would be a logical choice for management.

Paige, Natalya or Bayley could be added to the mix to make it a Fatal 4-Way, but keeping it as a Triple Threat match would be the best option.

The Divas division, while better than it was a year ago, still isn't being taken as seriously as it should be. Giving these three outstanding talents a spot at Mania to show everyone why they are the cream of the crop would help give the whole division some needed momentum.

It would be even better if they were given some kind of stipulation. Putting them in a ladder or cage match would make things a lot more exciting and give them the opportunity to do something no Diva has ever done at a WrestleMania before.

The Undertaker vs. ???

The Undertaker has been a staple at WrestleMania for over two decades, and it's safe to assume he will be competing at this year's event, too.

The big mystery seems to be which opponent The Deadman will face this year. There are a few people we can rule out, and that will make it a lot easier to speculate.

He has faced Lesnar too many times over the past two years to put them in another match, and Wyatt seems unlikely after they had a match last year. Triple H is out of the question, as is John Cena.

One of the best remaining options is Kane. The storyline brothers haven't had a singles match in years, and since The Streak is over, Kane actually has a chance of beating Taker on The Grandest Stage of Them All.

These two have been linked for most of their careers, and since one or both of them will likely be retiring within the next few years, it would be great to see them do battle one last time.

The WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match

Fastlane will see Lesnar vs. Dean Ambrose vs. Roman Reigns in a match to see which one of them gets to challenge Triple H for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 32.

Building Reigns into a top star has been a major priority for WWE, so he will almost certainly be involved in the match, but it shouldn't be singles bout.

With Lesnar being booked as an unstoppable monster, Reigns and Ambrose will have to work together to take him out. This could lead to a unique situation where both Reigns and Ambrose end up facing Triple H for the title.

Turning the championship match into a Triple Threat match would make the outcome less predictable and give the fans more reason to be invested.

These are just four ideas for matches at WrestleMania 32, but as we all know, the card usually contains twice as many contests. What are you hoping to see at this year's show?
