Update: Both Efrain Escudero and Vitor Belfort were able to make their respective weights. Escudero cut to 156, while Belfort was able to lose the quarter pound he needed to.
According to Jeremy Botter at Inside Fights, Belfort's cut took a lot out of him.
Escudero seemed to be affected as well. He updated his Facebook status just over 20 minutes ago (8:20 EST). His status read, "made weight but this was the worst 156".
Both fighters seemed to struggle with the weight loss, which could cause some concern heading into tomorrow night's fights.
