On the 19th September, we will witness two of the best fighters in the sport face each other in a huge fught. However, I expect Mayweather to dominate.

Whilst Marquez is one of the best technicians to grace the boxing ring, he is no longer fast enough to counter punch, against Mayweather. One should just look at his last fight against Juan Diaz, whom seemed to be much  quicker than Marquez.

Punters should also notice that Marquez has a reach and height disadvantage against Mayweather.

Marquez, like Hatton did, has talked about using Mayweather's questionable win against Castillo as a blueprint to exploit any weakness of Mayweather on the inside. However, there is no weakness and this was demonstrated by his demolition of Hatton whom attempted to fight on the inside.

Though Mayweather may have not have fought in the last two years, do not let the possibility of ring rust, create the allusion that he may not be prepared for the fight. In fact, he was in training for up to 2 months before the announcement of the fight.

However, Marquez will still prove to be a threat. Afterall, this is the man that beat    Pacquiao according to many people. Furthermore, whilst Marquez is fighting to face Pacquiao again and to extend his legacy, is Mayweather just fighting to get the 6.17 million IRS bill off his back?

Prediction: Floyd Mayweather win.

How to bet: Your bet should be structured such that 20-30% is on a Mayweather      Knockout win and the rest should be on Mayweather just to win.

I know that going for a knockout for Mayweather may be considered to be unrealistic particularly against someone that has never been knocked out (but the same was said of Hatton). This is an indication of how one sided I believe the fight will be.
