So what does the 2009 season bring from Football? Well, for starters, it brings people like me back out of hiding to start writing about some football again.
It is obvious that the most exciting time of the year for any football fan is between September and February.
What happened or have we learned from Week One?
Brett Favre won his debut as a Viking, however, it wasn't because of him. We all might have to look at the man we have come to know him as, "All Day".
Either the Buffalo Bills are good, or the Patriots and Tom Brady aren't so good.
Michael Vick's suspension needs to be shorter.
Ben Roethlisberger can still play, even with all of the stupid legal accusations against him.
Green Bay's secondary is still as stingy as they were at the beginning of last season. Of course, Dom Capers and the new three-four has helped.
And probably the most important thing we may have learned is, this is looking to be a good year of football.
