Manchester Utd Fans React as Morgan Schneiderlin Is Linked with Arsenal

Morgan Schneiderlin has long been linked with a move away from Southampton, but speculation intensified Wednesday when the French midfielder admitted, in a story carried by newspapers, including the Daily Mail, that he will leave the south coast. 

Thanks to Schneiderlin's apparent desire to play Champions League football—as Simon Rice of the Independent reported—Arsenal and Manchester United have become the front-runners for his signature. Predictably, this has caused some consternation among the two sets of fans on Twitter...

Arsenal seem to be the current leader to bring in the Frenchman based primarily on reports from a forum and someone's mum...

Some have suggested the 25-year-old is one of the missing pieces in the Gunners' title assault... 

Regardless of Schneiderlin's suitability for employment at the Emirates, many Manchester United fans are also keen to bring him in...

United are also believed to be keeping tabs on Bastian Schweinsteiger, with the general consensus being that the German is the club's preferred defensive midfield option. Evidently, many fans do not agree with the club's reported priorities...
