Sept. 14: Buffalo Bills vs. New England Patriots
These two teams are division rivals. Buffalo has picked up T.O., but the Pats got Tom Brady back after his season-ending injury last year.
I think the Pats will be starting the season off right with a win on this Monday night.
Sept. 14: San Diego Chargers vs. Oakland Raiders
QB Phillip Rivers will provide points through the air and RB LaDanian Tomlinsin will provide them on the ground.
I pick the Chargers to win this battle between these two Calafornia football teams.
Sept. 21: Indianapolis Colts vs. Miami Dolphins
Manning's Colts aren't looking so good lately. Can they get turned around and have a great season?
I pick Indy to beat the 'Fins.
Sept. 28: Carolina Panthers vs. Dallas Cowboys
I like the Carolina Panthers and I really don't like the Dallas Cowboys, but I think Romo and the 'Boys will edge out the Panthers in this Monday night game.
Oct. 5: Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings
Brett Favre gets to play his old team in this battle.
I pick Minnesota, since they are home.
Oct. 12: New York Jets vs. Miami Dolphins
I'm watching this game to see if Mark Sanchez can prove that he is the Jets' franchise QB.
I think he will in this game. I pick the Jets.
Oct. 19: Denver Broncos vs. San Diego Chargers
Rookie coach Josh McDaniel has had a lot on his plate lately with Brandon Marshall, but will he be gone by the time this game is played?
Maybe he will. Can the Broncos' beat the Chargers? I don't think so. I pick San Diego.
Oct. 26: Philadelphia Eagles vs. Washington Redskins
After the Birds' season last year, can they fly higher than before and fly right to Miami for the Super Bowl?
Maybe it's too soon to tell, but I don't think it's too soon to tell that the Eaagles will win this face-off.
Nov. 2: Atlanta Falcons vs. New Orleans Saints
Matt Ryan will be taking the snaps and Michael Turner will be taking the hand-offs for Atlanta. Will they be able to stop the New Orleans' D?
I think so. I pick Atlanta.
Nov. 9: Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Denver Broncos
With the accusition of QB Kyle Orton, will the Broncos be able to gallop through Pittsburgh's Steel Curtain?
Nope. I pick the Steelers.
Nov. 16: Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns
I don't see the Browns having a big season this year, but I see the Ravens doing just that.
I also see them rolling through Cleveland on a winning note.
Nov. 23: Tennesseen Titans vs. Houston Texans
I actually think this will be a battle between two division rivals.
I pick Tennessee to come out on top, though.
Nov. 30: New England Patriots vs. New Orleans Saints
The battle of these two "New" teams. Get it? NEW! I crack myself up.
I pick the Pats to pick up another Monday night win.
Dec. 7: Baltimore Ravens vs. Green Bay Packers
In QB Aaron Rodgers sophmore year, sort of, because if you really think about it, he didn't really play with Favre there, and last year was his first full season. So this is his second season... Another lame joke, I know. Anyway, will he be able to lead the Pack to victory?
No. I pick the Ravens.
Dec. 14: Arizona Cardinals vs. San Francisco 49ers
Coming off a miricale season last year, will the Cards have what it takes to beat the 49ers?
Yes, sir. I pick the Cardinals.
Dec. 21: New York Giants vs. Washington Redskins
Can Eli make another successful Manning Monday Night?
I think so. I pick the Giants.
Dec. 28: Minnesota Vikings vs. Chicago Bears
Brett Favre facing another division rival. Can he get his points through the air despite Chicago's D after him.
I pretty sure he will. I pick Minnesota.
