How is that relevant to stock car racing?

Well, these are big time stock car racing sponsors.

These companies have halted their sponsorship of Fox News conservative show host Glenn Beck.

Apparently he said a few words that were not taken well by sponsors.

Here is the quote by the very popular conservative pundit.

“I'm not saying he doesn't like white people,(talking about President Obama)" Beck said. "He has a problem. This guy is, I believe, a racist." end quote.

Ok, I have no opinion on this , I’m just informing you decide!

Again, in case you ask, how is this relevant? Well, is no secret that many stock car fans are conservative.

It may be safe to say, very conservative, many might be Beck, Hannity and Rush fans.

Can we agree on that?

Just in case you don’t know , Procter& Gamble are makers of Tide, Old Spice, Duracell and hundred other products who in the past and presently have been involved in sponsorship of stock car racing.

Geico, the insurance giant, also has decided not to be a part of the Glenn Beck program.

Here is a list of some companies who participate in sponsoring Fox News programing, the list is according to C-NBC Donny Deutsch :

General Motors, Campbell Soup, Chrysler, Proctor & Gamble, Pfizer, Kellogg, Walmart Kraft Foods, Nestle.

Some of those names you see pasted in stock cars at every level during the racing season.

It is being rumored on the wed, that many of those companies will fallow suit and insist their product not be advertised on the popular Fox News show Glenn Beck.

Will the conservative block of stock car fans be unhappy with those companies who decide not to sponsor Glenn Beck?

That is a hard question to answer.

I have my opinion on this subject, but I didn’t write this to champion any cause, just want you to read it and tell me what you think.

You know.

I inform you decide.

This is just my attempt to bring something different to the table of the Bleacher Report community.

That is all this is, so don’t take it or make it personal. There is nothing to read between the lines here.

Just an opinion, and as we all know, everyone has one and I thank God for that.
