John Mozeliak: Who's Ready For A Mob?

Matt Foote's back(I will release articles planned for today tomorrow as I have much to write, sorry and thank you for being patient), and madder then ever before. John Mozeliak traded Brett Wallace for Matt Holliday while I was away at camp.

This infuriates me.

I want to lay down some ground rules for the St.Louis Cardinals and John Mozeliak.

First. Let me just speak for everyone when I say: YOU DON'T TRADE YOUR TOP PROSPECT THAT'S AT A POSITION WERE YOU WILL NEED HIM FOR YEARS TO COME AND IS SIGNED LONG TERM AND IS IN AAA.
Does that make it clear enough?

Second. We better win the World Series. If you trade you top prospect, a good young player, and an amazing young pitcher(Brian Barton, Chris Perez respectively. (You'll hear about Duncan later), for two "top"(I use top loosely) hitters and you don't win when you are in great position...well you know.

Third. Chris Duncan for Julio Lugo???????? Ok Refresh my memory. When I left you cold have gotten Lugo from the Red Sox for 5 dollars and a pony ride. Yet we gave up a good young outfielder who has struggled this year? Hmm also don't they have a knack for making our's and other teams OF's good? (J.D Drew, Jason Bay) Put Dunc in for Wallace in the Holliday trade.

Fourth. If we don't win the WS(forget that just fire him now) I want Mozeliak GONE. G-O-N GONE. Conversation would go something like this between Mo and DeWitt:
"Hey sorry Mo, but you arn't working out... What??? Don't you like how I downsized our workforce? Ya umm about that, I was talking with someone who actually knows baseball and uh that's not how it's supposed to work. Your kidding right? I mean you loved trading Brian Barton for Blaine Boyer right? Well um we only had him for a week before Arizona picked him up, but Barton's playing over in Atlanta still... Ok I see. I see how it is. Wait Mo don't go."
Gosh dangit DeWitt your useless.

Five. No more pot in the Front Office.
