What is it with todays world? A guy gets famous and rich and people are out to get him. Guys try to pass themselves off as him to get chicks and girls sleep with him thinking they'll win him over and get rich instantly. Get a life!

Of course for those skeptics, I know that rape is a serious charge and a disgusting violent crime, but in my opinion to accuse somebody and falsely use it as a weapon is maybe the lowest thing that one can do against another. In this case a woman against a man.

Ben is a young guy who is making himself a legend in our beloved game of football. He is barely out of the parent's house and still is close to them all of the time. He has no prior incidents with women or anything for that matter that has been reported in the press. He has gone out of his way to be good for his profession and for his community.

And now he has to deal with the likes of a low-life gold-digger who wants to shame him with one of the worse crimes a man can commit on a woman and her blood sucking lawyer somehow can put a price on it. Not only is she suing him but 8 others that work at the Hotel where she is employed accusing them of a huge cover up.

If you read the facts out there, she seems to have made alot of decisions on her own to get close to Ben before she alleges what happened. In this case I don't believe her story and I believe that Ben is not guilty of such a horrendous crime. Ben's only issue is that he may have slept with this person which just goes to show you that if it's too easy, it probably aint worth it. A bad judgement.

The problem with cases like this are that it takes away from those women who are actually raped and need the legal system to do something about it. It's like the boy who cried wolf too many times - nobody believes it. It just makes it harder for those that really need it. Not to mention, when you do this to someone so loved and popular, she will be hounded by hundreds of people all of the time with unwanted attention I would think. It also amazes me how somebody can put a price on something like this. If it really happened, wouldn't you want that person to be dead and not care how much money you can get out of it?

I suspect a different scenario without knowing all of the inside facts other than what has been reported. In my opinion, she came on to Ben, slept with him thinking that by doing that he would never forget her and possibly marry her so her life would be financially set, but when she realized that wasn't going to happen and she was just a one night stand, she was going to make his life hell and get alot of money out of it. Geez if we all did that after a one night stand, there would be a longer line at the courthouse than at Walmart on Black Friday!

I feel that Ben is being falsely accused and is a stand up guy in our society and that our legal system is being taken advantage of by the worst type of people. Our system should severely punish those people and lawyers who bring these cases to court if they are found to be without merit and are found to be false.
