Humiliated by an average but affective African football club, what on earth was Mark Hughes on, surely he has lost the plot?

The Orlando Pirates just pushed upfield and played Sunday League running around like crazed rabid cheetah's coming at us like freight trains.

There was no midfield powerhouse for City as Kompany is out injured and Gareth Barry benched, so the Pirates just went straight through the middle and down the right flank.

It is obvious the Pirates did their homework noticing that our weakest point was on the left so Garrido had to take the heat, on his own also as Petrov was defensively ineffective.

It was a lineup thrown together by an amateur football computer game manager, Hughes is definitely treating this Cup with little respect and is in turn doing no great favour to our growing reputation, I hate to think what the Africans think of us.

It was an utter disgrace, I am wondering what Carlos Tevez was thinking while in the stand watching.
