Play-Offs? You kidden me? play-offs?
College Football would be the best sport in all of sport if it had a playoffs! I know, I know this argument goes on every single year BUT.....
Fans year after year debate and bitch for it, and year after year they still go to the meaningless bowl games and nothing happens.
Questions to college football fans:
Other than getting piss drunk what is the point of going to a bowl game that means nothing?
Do you realize the bowl game means just as much as an NFL pre-season game?
What's the point of getting bragging rights over a school that you may never see again?
Yeah we sure took it to Boise St. in the Honda Civic Playstation 3 Outback Steak House Bowl
Does anyone realize how dumb it sounds when a team accepts some bogus bowl trophy from some corporate sponser?
My advice support your team at your stadium, support them during the year, I get it school pride...Once the season ends and your school is not in the national championship game forget the school pride and have some self pride DONT GO TO THE MEANINGLESS BOWL GAME YOU IDIOT... stop putting money in the pockets of the very people that ruin the sport.
and dont tell me having a play-off system is impossible!
It is very simple. You dont even have to get rid of the BCS. Everyone is happy.
TOP 8 teams regardless of conference enter a playoff
The Play-off games begin right after the regular season.
The final two play in the National Championship.
The teams that lose during the playoffs play in the normal BCS bowls as "constaltion games"
meanwhile all the other teams that play in the bullshit bowl games go on with life like they always have.
There you have it...I gave you a playoff system that makes everyone happy and works.
Well should work...theres one reason it wont work MONEY.
It will never happen for two reasons
ONE: The schools and BCS will argue who gets what money for the playoff games
TWO: You the fans won't do anything to demand a playoff.
I dont use spell check. Deal with it. You deal with a crappy sport called college football. A bad speller should be a walk in the park.
