What Does Bleacher Report Give Me?
40-odd articles ago, I was merely a member of an open source sports network known as Bleacher Report. Now, I am one of the more popular writers on the network, at least in the World Football Community. (I'd like to think I am.)
ItĀ raises the question, what does Bleacher Report give me?
For me, itĀ provides an opportunity to exercise my opinion freely, without any trouble or humiliation. It gives me the ability to stay linked with sports, even outside of the office.

I've worked my way up the ladder to the very top here on Bleacher Report, and IĀ thoroughly enjoy contributing to the network.
The dream of four lifelong friends has become a reality for the thousands of writers and editors around the world who call Bleacher Report their home. Here, they can enjoy their work, and be appreciated for it.
I don't get paid for contributing to the site (wouldn't mind a chequeĀ now and then), but who does? I still enjoy contributing to the network regardless.
I would like to urge my fellow writers to continue writing in a good spirit. Remember to never degrade anyone for voicing his or her opinion. Free expression is the very purpose of an open source network.
Let's hand it to the lads who came up with this idea.
For the new writers, I suggest you go through a couple of articles by certain top writers to figure out how it all works before contributing.
Eric Blasco, Andrew McNair, Sean Crowe, Andrew Kneeland, Ryan Alberti, and John Fennelly are just some examples of our Top Writers.
Lastly, I would like to pop the question to you. What does Bleacher Report give you?Ā
