Weekly Power Rankings..let the debate begin
Last Week's Rankings are in parenthesis
- Arizona Diamondbacks (1)- These guys are starting to remind me of the 2001 Mariners
- Chicago Cubs (3)-In Kerry, We Trust.
- Boston Red Sox (2)-In no way, shape, or form do the Tampa Bay Rays threat the Red Sox
- Los Angelos Angels (4)- Don't mess with Jon Garland
- St. Louis Cardinals (5)-When Mulder comes back, this team will be even better
- Philadelphia Philles (7)- Come back Jimmy!
- New York Mets (6)- Jorge Sosa > Sammy Sosa
- Tampa Bay Rays (18)- The Rays get even more dangerous as Kazmir, a solid ace is back from injury
- Milwaukee Brewers (17)- Turnbow gets turned over
- Atlanta Braves (8)- Are they underachieving? Don't worry, be brave, brave fans
- Baltimore Orioles (14)- Waiting for Adam Jones to blow up
- New York Yankees (10)- This team is starting to fall apart
- Cleveland Indians (9)-Grady Sizemore watch: .278 4HR 15RBI 7SB
- Oakland Athletics (12)- I thought this was their re-building year....sigh :(
- Los Angelos Dodgers (23)-Torre is doing a great job with this team
- Minnesota Twins (20)-These guys weren't on anybodies radars going into the season
- Chicago White Sox (13)- I think pitching still is a legit concern for this team
- Detroit Tigers (15) -I wish the Mariners kept Carlos Guillen...sigh :(
- Florida Marlins (16)- Pretty Uggla
- Houston Astros (19)- Houston Astros lead the revolution in a changing baseball culture..
- Toronto Blue Jays (25)- Similar situation as the Mariners, good pitching, sucky hitting..but at last the M's have a shot at their division
- San Francisco Giants (23)- Barry Zito is the Shaun Alexander of Major League Baseball
- Kansas City Royals (22)- Royal Suckfest
- Seattle Mariners (11)- got some work to do, but our bats will wake up and our pitching will always be there
- Texas Rangers (28)- These guys need to take tips from a real ranger
- Colorado Rockies (24)- Classic Rocky Baseball, 12 in runs scored, but 27th in runs allowed
- Cincinnatti Reds (27)- I don't get why Griffey is batting 2nd. bad idea.
- Washington Nationals (30)- Will they be able to get past the 25 mark the whole season?
- San Diego Padres (26)- Batting the League worst with a .231 average
- Pittsburgh Pirates (28)- Crazy one-eyed pirates
