Its time to take a look at a few incoming Freshmen that will hopefully make a impact for Michigan this year.

First on Offense

Tate Forcier

Quarterback, San Deigo California

6'0", 187 pounds

This QB out of California is considered be by Rivals .com and many others as the most accurate QB in the country. During his high school career as a sophomore season threw for 1,637 yrds 16 tds, and ran for 527 yds. His junior season (164-for-213) 77 percent competion rate ,which lead San Deigo County for 2,387 yds 21 tds and only five picks. Also ran for 733 yds and six tds. He is a strong armed mobile QB who can help Michigan early. He enrolled in January and looked great in the spring game unofficial 11-13 187- yd four total tds and ran for a score. Michigan was terrible at QB last year so this guy should help out right away. But dont count out Other incoming freshmen Denard Robinson.

Je'Ron Stokes

Wide Reciever, Philidelphia, PA

6'0", 187 lbs

Wide receiver out of Pennslyvania should make a impact right away. He's strong, physical and can catch anything thrown his way. Hes possesses sprinters speed and will lay it out every time. As a sophomore he caught 10 balls for 200 yds and three tds, also made 30 tackles, intercepted four balls and ran a punt back for a td. As a senior he caught 45 balls for 555 yds and five scores, also named 4A All State First Team and played in Army All American Game. He runs 10.8 100 m dash a 22.6 200 m and 14.1 110 m hurdles. Stokes also carried a 3.2 GPA. So he should help out right away I project he will be a slot receiver and could help in the return game.

Jeremy Gallon

Wide Receiver, Apopka, FL

5'9" 175 lbs

Another Wide Receiver out of Florida that like Stokes should make a impact right away. He is has elusive quickness with the catch as well as off the line. He played both QB and RB in High School and once he finds the hole, he's gone! I would compare him to Percy Harvin Former Flordia Gator cause like Harvin Gallon is a threat to take it the distance every time. As a Senior he rushed for  1.877 yds and 23 scores and rushed for 3,552 career yds. He is projected as slot receiver and can also help in the return game.

Vincent Smith

Running Back, Pohokee, FL

5'6" 165 lbs

This small, undersized running back is highly overlooked because of his size and weight. But this small fella rushed for 2,119 yds 20 tds and returned eight kickoffs for 332 yds during his senior season. He was named county offensive player of the yr and helped lead his team to a Class B Championship last season. He, like Forcier, enrolled early and the coaches raved bout this guy with his burst and quickness. Look for him to see extensive playing time behind Brandon Miner and Carlos Brown.

Cameron Gordon

Wide Receiver, Inkster, MI

6-3 210

This big physical wide reciever out of michigan uses his size and strength to fly past DBS. He has a big frame and he uses it to shield defenders and is stong with the abilty to break tackles in the open field. As a junior he earned 2nd team All Detroit Free Press after having 544 receiving yds. As a senior he helped lead the Vikings to a state championship. There is no doubt this kid will play early because of his size and strength expect him to see playing time behind Greg Mathews and Junior Hemingway. He should be fun to watch !

That was Part 1 the Offensive Players to watch for!  Look for Part 2 about the Freshmen Defensive Players to watch coming soon !
