Everyone has a favorite song, or a song that fits there personalities, but what song's fit the MLB team's personalities? Well, if you want to learn, here's the place to come. Here are the MLB team theme songs:
Oh, yeah...on the song name, I included a You Tube link so you can listen as you go.
AL East
Baltimore Orioles: "Dead and Gone" by T.I. ft. Justin Timberlake
Well, the name explains it all. The O's are kind of dead and gone.
Boston Red Sox: "Come Out and Play" by Dyno Jamz
Local Seattle band Dyno Jamz, an undiscovered talent, wrote this, and it sounds just like the Red Sucks. Check it out!
New York Yankees: "This is Why I'm Hot" by MIMS
"I represent New York; it says so on my back!"
This song is all Yankees
Tampa Bay Rays: "Remember the Name" by Fort Minor
The Rays fit this perfectly, because it looks like they just might compete in Baseball now, so they want you to remember their name.
Toronto Blue Jays: "Middle of the Road" by the Pretenders
Even the band name fits!
AL Central
Chicago White Sox: "Bad Boys" (Cops Theme) by Inner Circle
The Bad Boys of Chicago deserve this song.
Cleveland Indians: "Drew Carey Theme" Song by Drew Carey
We'll just say Carey was an Indians fan.
Detroit Tigers: "Old Time Rock n Roll" by Bob Segar
The old boys of Detroit get a song written by the tough Detroit native.
Kansas City Royals: "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter
More like Bad Decade.
Minnesota Twins: "Pressure Point" by The Zutons
This song just seems to fit...maybe it's because the Twins are never perfect? I don't know.
AL West
Los Angeles Angels: "Halo" by Beyonce
The Halos have a song named after them!
Oakland A's: "Bad Boys" (Again) by Inner Circle
The Bad Boys of Oakland...And the Giambis.
Seattle Mariners: "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" by Green Day
Too bad...so many seasons of broken dreams.
