Uruguay forward Luis Suarez was in the headlines once more after controversy against Italy at the World Cup on Tuesday.

Azzurri defender Giorgio Chiellini gestured furiously towards the referee that he had been bitten by Suarez after a confrontation in the second half.

The Liverpool striker has twice previously been found guilty of biting opponents.
