MLB Odds: Tuesday Betting Stats and Notes

The Wimbledon betting odds are in full swing and the College World Series Vegas line favors LSU in Game 2. The odds have the Tigers at -150 over Texas with a total of 10.5.

Still most American bettors are focused on MLB betting. Here are baseball handicapping news, notes MLB trends and more for the Tuesday card. Pitching records are the team records in his starts, not his personal mark unless otherwise specified.

Red Sox-Nationals

Boston is 15-1 this year +13.9 units after four or more consecutive home games and 10-0 off of five straight.

The Nats are 5-24 following an over this season for -19.4 units.

Cardinals-Mets

New York starter Livan Hernandez is 18-8 the last two years +14 units off a win.

Dodgers-White Sox

Los Angeles is 25-8 this campaign when the total is 8.5-10 and 15-6 as road underdogs +13.1 units.

Rockies-Angels

Colorado is the top team in June baseball betting at 17-4 +15.2 units. They are 7-0 on the road off consecutive wins.

Rangers-Diamondbacks

Arizona is a horrid 5-14 -12.6 units as home favorites. They are 10-19 at home with a total of 8.5-10.

Arizona’s starter Max Scherzer is 1-8 -8.9 units as a favorite of 150 or less.  However in his last three starts, his ERA is just 0/96.

Giants-Athletics

San Francisco ace Tim Lincecum is 12-1 the past two seasons against teams that average 2.75 or less base hits.

Twins-Brewers

Milwaukee starter Jeff Suppan has an 18-9 personal record lifetime at Miller Park.

Phillies-Rays

Philadelphia is 23-9 on the road this year +16.1 units. A free daily sports pick is up now on this game.

Philly hurler Jamie Moyer knows how to bounce back as he is 15-4 +12.8 units the last three years after giving up two or more home runs in his last start. He is also 5-1 in his career (personal record) at Tropicana Field with a 1.97 ERA.
