Manchester United manager David Moyes will be enthused to learn that Toni Kroos is considering his Bayern Munich future, after his brother made comments to Sky Germany regarding his possible switch to England, as reported by Ben Burrows of The Mirror.
The 24-year-old German starlet is yet to sign a new deal with his club, with United poised to strike if the player becomes available.
Felix Kroos was quoted saying:
We have already talked about it. Manchester has been the team of my dreams since I was a child. However, I don’t give him any advice. He will take a good decision for himself. There are worse situations than having to decide something like that.
The statement will be music to Moyes' ears as he looks for any advantage that he can gain in acquiring world-class talent to bolster his failing side.
Kroos' stock has risen dramatically in recent times and his failure to pen a new contract with the German giants has put the top clubs in Europe on red alert.
Burrows also reported in The Mirror recently that United had made Kroos their top target, as the player looks to double his current wages with the Champions League holders.
European-football writer Sergi Dominguez tweeted that United could offer the player as much as £250,000 a week to join them, per Alan Nixon's report in The Mirror:

Kroos has featured 24 times for Munich this season, scoring twice and providing six assists, per WhoScored.com. However, Franz Beckenbauer has warned Kroos against holding the club to ransom over a new deal.
Fox Soccer tweeted about the football legend's comments:
Honorary Bayern president Franz Beckenbauer warns Toni Kroos of high wage demands: "Everyone is replaceable." http://t.co/ReVxP1UD0N— FOX Soccer (@FOXSoccer) February 24, 2014
The player would be the perfect addition for United as they look to catch the rest of the pack in the Premier League. Their decline has been swift and sharp since the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson, and the midfield has been a huge reason behind this.
Kroos is a genuinely mobile footballer who can carry out his duties from box to box. United currently do not have a player like that and need to purchase accordingly during the next window.
Should Manchester United pay Toni Kroos £250,000 per week to join them?
Munich's glittering array of talent means this deal could happen, but there is no doubt that Kroos will have an endless queue of offers if he becomes available.
He is not yet even in his prime but is one of the best players of his type in world football. His goal and performance against Arsenal in the Champions League gave United fans a taster of his excellence should the English champions be able to lure him from the Bundesliga.
If Moyes cannot get Kroos he will find it difficult to find a player of similar quality and age. Kroos is the perfect fit for the Reds, and he is the player to lead the club out of its current crisis.
