Not many NFL fans knew who Dri Archer was before his performance at the NFL Scouting Combine on Sunday. For those who didn't know him, they should now.
When it came time for the 40-yard dash, most eyes were on Sammy Watkins and De'Anthony Thomas. Archer, the former Kent State running back, stole the show with his runs.
In his first attempt, Archer put up an unofficial time of 4.29 seconds:
The speedster improved on that mark in his second attempt with an unofficial time of 4.28 seconds:
Archer's official time of 4.26 seconds nearly tied the record for the combine's fastest 40-yard dash:
