Anniversary of Derek Jeter's Dive into the Stands to Make the Catch

On July 1, 2004, Derek Jeter dove into the stands to make a catch in the top of the 12th inning against the Red Sox in what became known as one of the best examples of sacrificing your body for the win in baseball history. 

Jeter walked away with a bloody chin but the Yankees would go on to win 2-1 after scoring two runs in the bottom of the 13th inning.
