After one of the greatest editions of Raw in WWE history, the company must come back with an episode that keeps the fans entertained throughout the show and keeps the momentum created on WrestleMania weekend rolling.

There are plenty of storylines that have yet to be explained after last Monday’s wild show, so the excitement surrounding why Ryback Shell Shocked John Cena, what CM Punk has to say following his loss and what’s next for Ziggler now that he is champion has the WWE Universe at a fever pitch.

Expect some great action Monday and to hear Fandango’s theme song being hummed throughout the night.

Potential Spoilers

While the original report states that Brock Lesnar was supposed to be on last week’s episode of Raw to brutally attack The Rock and set up a long-term feud, The Rock’s injuries suffered at WrestleMania forced him to abort those plans and return home for treatment.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (h/t WrestleZone.com), the WWE is reportedly considering the possibility of going to Plan B and bringing back former champion Batista as the man Brock Lesnar will feud against moving forward.

There have been rumors about Batista returning since he left in 2010, but the fact that he was recently backstage at a NXT taping had lent some credence to this rumor actually coming to fruition.

With The Rock’s abrupt departure from the WWE, bringing Batista back to feud Lesnar would be a great possible addition to the Extreme Rules card in May.

WWE Championship Scene

While most of the WWE Universe was genuinely nervous about another run with John Cena as the WWE champion, an impromptu title match against Mark Henry on Raw and an attack from Ryback has forced even the fans that hate Cena with a passion to enjoy the title scene now.

Question on Everyone’s Mind: Will Ryback Be Cheered for Attacking Cena?

Last week’s crowd cheered Ryback for beating Cena down and standing tall over his body with the WWE Championship. While that could just have been the crazy post-WrestleMania crowd, how the fans react to Big Hungry Monday night will be a great gauge of how the WWE Universe feels about him overall.

Hype Meter: Five out of Five Shell Shock Finishers to the Face of WWE

How the crowd will react to Ryback Monday will be one of the most unpredictable situations that the WWE has faced in a long time. As much as he acted like a heel and attacked the face champion, Ryback is incredibly over with the fans and attacked a star that half the crowd hates anyway; there is still a good chance that the WWE Universe continues to cheer Ryback.

CM Punk Has Something to Say

After missing last week’s episode of Raw, CM Punk will be back this Monday to talk about his loss to Undertaker at WrestleMania and what’s next for the former champion. With rumors that he could be taking the next month off, including May’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view, all eyes will be focused on Punk.

Question on Everyone’s Mind: Will Punk Drop a Pipe Bomb?

There are a million ways that the WWE can write Punk off television if that is indeed the plan, but the Voice of the Voiceless will not just go quietly into that good night. Before Punk leaves for his break (whether he is attacked or flat-out quits), the WWE will ensure that the heel has one final chance to cut one of his legendary promos as a parting shot.

Hype Meter: Four out of Five Punk Promos

Not only is the WWE Universe looking for closure on Punk’s thoughts about his match with the Undertaker, there is an excitement about what is next from the longest reigning champion of the last 25 years.

If this is the last promo Punk will cut for awhile, the fans better be ready for some classic heel venom.
