WWE: Triple H Suffered More Than Just a Injured Hand at WrestleMania

Following his WrestleMania match with Brock Lesnar, WWE.com posted a video of Triple H getting his arm looked at backstage.

It would appear that he had some x-rays taken of his arm. In the video, the doctor mentions that Triple H "likely has a muscle contusion" and that he should "ice it down." Trips made it a point to tell the camera that it wasn't broken.

It would seem that this wasn't the only injury that he suffered that night. Triple H recently tweeted the following on his Twitter account.

The night of WrestleMania, Twitter was abuzz during Triple H's entrance because the foam on his torso looked ridiculous. At the time it seemed as though the foam was just a foolish looking mishap. Now we have learned that the mishap had some serious consequences. 

Couple the burns with the hand and arm injuries, Triple H had himself a rough night. Granted, it could be argued that the injuries he inflicted on Lesnar were far worse.

At this point in his career this is what Triple H has to deal with.

The burns were a freak accident but injuries might just be par for the course moving forward. Triple H is without question in terrific shape. However, when he only wrestles once a twice a year, his body isn't going to be conditioned to take the bumps that he was able to in the past.

The potential payoff of bringing in part timers is huge. Injuries unfortunately are one of the downfalls. The four big-name part timers that headlined WrestleMania XXIX were Lesnar, Triple H, The Rock and Undertaker. Of those four, three of them walked away from the show with documented injuries. 

Despite the injuries, I am willing to bet that they each share in Triple H's sentiment. That sentiment being that they loved every minute of it.
