The itsy bitsy spider went up the water spout.
Down came the rain, and washed the spider out.

Anderson Silva is not an itsy bitsy spider, he is a deadly one, that seems to be untouched or is he? Since his debut at Fight Night Live against Chris Leben the Middleweight champion has been on a rampage through the UFC.

Although his last fight was not so spectacular as Cote lasted to the third round and will eventually go down by blowing out his knee, "The Spider" Anderson Silva is someone you still dont want to mess with. Silva was so displeased with the result of his fight that he took two of his trainers and spared with them right after his fight.

Silva is the type of guy that is determined to prove him self and although he already has, "The Spider" is still hungry for more and that is scary. IF you didn't see the weigh in's for UFC 97, you should go check it out. Silva was intense his eyes told a story, a story that Leites will not have a happy ever after ending.

Or will there be a happy ending after all? We can't tell right now but only after tonight the world will know. Not to many fans know of Thales Leites but obviously he has something about him, to try and get the opportunity to stop "The Spider" right in his web.

But if Leites fails, that leaves one question that everybody want's to know not just who will stop Silva, but can anybody stop him.

A new contender will be decided soon between Henderson and Bisping, if Silva does come out UFC 97 victorious either Henderson will have the ultimate second crack to take down "The Spider", or the incredible talented Bisping will put his skills to the test and try what many have failed to do in the UFC and that is stop Anderson Silva.

Not to get ahead of those compettitors but you just have to sit there and think what if all these guys cant still get the job done, than who can.

Well with a struggling record in the 205 weight division and looking for a fresh start, I think it's about time for "The Axe Murderer" to take a drop down to 185.

Think about it this would be a ultimate stand up slug fest that every fan would want to see. But still would  Wanderlei be able to handle Silva's incredible stand up game?

But wait maybe there is someone who has also been on a successful run through the UFC not just that but had to go through the The Ultimate Fighter non other than Rashad Evans.

If these two unique style's where to meet it could possible be fire works, especially after the confidence Rashad has gained after the huge KO over the "Ice Man" Chuck Liddell.

We could go through the list but intill that rain comes and washes "The Spider" out, we will just have to do what we been doing sit, watch, enjoy and wait and see.

But with the tools and talent Silva has if the rain were to come it wouldn't be to long before the sun comes out, and dries up all the rain, and Anderson "The Spider" Silva will be a destructive force once again.
