Jovetic, a 23-year-old Montenegrin international forward, has scored 12 goals in 24 Serie A appearances this season with Fiorentina. He has been linked with Arsenal and Manchester City.
"I tell him to think carefully before leaving Florence, as there is an important project here," Toni told ANSA news agency. "If he has to leave, then make it for a real top club. Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United fit that bill, but Arsenal are not better than Fiorentina."
The agent of Belgian forward Christian Benteke says playing for Inter Milan would be a "dream," according to Sky Sports.
Benteke, 22, has scored 13 goals in 27 Premier League appearances this season with Aston Villa. He signed for Villa last summer from Genk.
Agent Eris Kismet said he had received no contact from Inter.

According to the Metro report, Mourinho has insisted that he will rejoin Chelsea only if the Blues qualify for next season's Champions League.

Barcelona have made Borussia Dortmund's German international defender Mats Hummels their top defensive target this summer, according to talkSPORT.
Hummels, 24, joined BVB from Bayern Munich permanently in 2009 after a loan spell. He has made 23 Bundesliga appearances this season.
