Curtis Granderson (DET OF)- Granderson got a hit on Sunday to start the season on a six game hitting streak.

Joe Saunders (LAA SP)- Saunders gave up for runs and saw his streak of 21-2/3 scoreless innings end in a loss on Saturday.

Alex Gordan (KC 3B)- Gordon left Saturday's game with tightness in his left hip. He was replaced at third on Sunday by Mark Teahen.

Roy Halladay (TOR SP)- Halladay is looking sharp and sits at 2-0. In his latest start he went seven innings, gave up one run, recorded seven strikeouts and gave up just two walks.

Mark Teixeira (NYY 1B)- Mark was scratched from the lineup on Saturday with left wrist soreness. He was not in the lineup on Sunday either.

Joe Mauer (MIN C)- Mauer is set to begin running again in a few days. The team has not yet set a time frame for the star catcher to return from his back injury.

Brandon Webb (ARI SP)- Webb, placed on the 15-day DL has been diagnosed with shoulder bursitis.

Geovany Soto (CHC C)- Soto's shoulder is doing well enough to test it with some throwing on Sunday. If he isn't ready to go after recovery from that session, the Cubs will likely place their starting catcher on the 15-day DL.

B.J. Upton (TB OF)- Upton who is coming off of shoulder surgery went 3-4 with two stolen bases for Charlotte on Saturday. Looks like it is a go for Upton to head back to the Rays on Monday.
