Historically, the WrestleMania card has stood apart from other events not just because it has had preeminent marquee bouts on top, but for lesser reasons as well.
It doesn't matter who you are, the "Show of the Immortals" has always offered something for everyone.
In addition to the main event, fans have, in any given year, witnessed a high-flying affair, a gimmick match, tag team competition, a women's bout, ample comedy and live musical performances.
Moreover, there is often a "power" match—a battle predicated on strength and will—between two of the strongest and formidable individuals WWE has to offer.
This year, if plans don't change, we may see the ultimate struggle for brute-strength supremacy, according to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com:
Sheamus vs. Mark Henry is something at least talked about which explains why Henry was booked so strong last night [at the Elimination Chamber PPV].
If the surprisingly hard-hitting contest between the "Celtic Warrior" and the "World's Strongest Man" at SummerSlam 2011 is any indication, the two should have great chemistry at WrestleMania 29.
Arguably, both men are in their prime right now in WWE. Besides having inhuman strength, the two are also uncannily agile and have marathon-like stamina.
If the match takes place at MetLife Stadium, there is no doubt that it will be physically draining, inspiring both awe and shock in the same breath.
Most importantly, as long as the clash lives up to expectations, neither man will be adversely affected by a loss.
It's a rare circumstance where both men are in a position to shine insofar as they bring their A-game.
