CINCINNATI - DECEMBER 28: A Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader is pictured during the NFL game against the Kansas City Chiefs on December 28, 2008 at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. (Photo by Andy Lyons/Getty Images) will occasional post video of interviews conducted in the locker room. Due to firewalls or video player conflicts, some people may not be able to view these videos. So for those who can't watch, or those that are just interested in reading about ya go.

Mike Zimmer - Study a lot of his tape, explosion first step quickness, three technique, and both spots inside, and pass rushes on third down. Not sure it is a significant signing with Tank, but it makes us better. His experience is good and will help our core of guys. Chemistry will be important. Obviously there is "concern", but it's not a huge deal.

Cedric Benson - Excited to have Tank here, a definite addition to the team. Remembers Tank always focused on his job/task. None of that "stuff" matters in the locker room.

Carson Palmer
- Exciting to have Tank and Peko playing together. Great for playing against Pittsburgh and Baltimore. No issue in the locker room with "issues" (haha he stopped int he middle to give "someone" some love). Thinks Tank can give some leadership and get to the QB.

L. Coles
- Happy to be here and is enjoying the area. Guys are welcoming him. He is trying to learn the system.

Very similar number system compared to Jets. Been around for awhile and thinks it's important to be where his QB wants him to be, so his priority is to figure out where his QB wants him to be. Thinks this is one of the hardest working groups he has seen. Didn't know about Tank signing...glad he is here by his name though.

J. Joseph - Trying to get in the groove of things. Thinks Tank is a well known name and was productive—a good addition overall. Versatile inside and out and can get to the passer. The "D" will build off last year. He feels better than last year. Important to be at the "voluntaries" to build relations and get to know your teammates. "Issues" do not matter.

Chris Henry - I will be right in the mix and try to get ready to help the team. Doesn't want to talk about Tank's situation or his off the field...just wants to talk about football (man he has a rough time with interviews).
