Ban Michael Vick From The NFL
Robert Paul ReyesJul 20, 2007
Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick has the most lucrative contract in the NFL, millions of adoring fans, endorsements galore—and not a shred of human dignity.Vick epitomizes the vanity, selfishness, and criminal tendencies common to too many American athletes. He has a history of coarse behavior and borderline illegal activity, but the latest allegations against him are mind-boggling.
"Dogfighting" sounds bad enough, but you need to read the official indictment to get a full sense of Vick's depravity.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The monster is alleged to have executed pit bulls who didn't exhibit enough "fighting spirit" by "hanging, drowning, and slamming at least one dog's body to the ground."
This pitiful excuse for a human being is also accused of having "executed (a) losing dog by wetting the dog down with water and electrocuting the animal."
Vick is a sadist and a criminal—and the NFL should immediately suspend him for the entire 2008 season.
I can hear some bleeding hearts arguing that Vick is "innocent until proven guilty." Vick may be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, but this ain't no court of law—it's the blogosphere, where we're free to express our opinions.
I urge animal lovers, NFL fans, and all those who are appalled at the thuggish behavior of sports stars to join me in condemning Mike Vick.
