What’s the best way for D.C. United fans’ voices to be heard on having their new stadium built in Prince George’s County?

By starting a public disturbance outside of the state’s legislative headquarters, of course.

Fans of moving the D.C. United professional soccer team to Prince George’s County plan to rally in Annapolis today before packing hearing rooms to testify before state lawmakers in support of the move.
