The PGA Tour has revealed its full 2013 schedule, which will be the last one that won't be in wraparound format.

There aren't a lot of changes to the major tournaments taking place, but what will change from the conventional setup is the nature of the Fall Series. From now on, players won't be able to vie for Tour cards after the FedEx Cup playoffs.

The 2013 season is officially over after the TOUR Championship, with the subsequent tournaments counting toward 2014. Only 40 PGA events are on tap for what will be considered the 2013 season.

Among the notable differences to the 2013 slate can be attributed to the rigors of the playoffs and the biannual Presidents Cup, which takes place at Muirfield Village in Columbus, Ohio on October 3-6.

Some players complained about how much golf was involved between the major championship schedule, the FedEx Cup and the Ryder Cup that many top players competed in afterward.

Now, there will be a week off between the second and third playoff events, as well as a week off after the TOUR Championship so that those participating in the Presidents Cup can have some additional rest.
