Alex Morgan Quite Impressive in Her McKayla Maroney Halloween Costume

Alex Morgan and Sydney Leroux reminded us how wonderful Halloween can be as they dressed up as a pair of fellow U.S. Olympians this past weekend. 

It's time for grown adults to pass out candy. For adults not yet grown, it's time to dress up once again and head out to party. 

Many of you dropped the inhibitions and headed out as a scary ghoul or a sexy nurse, while some may have picked a topical costume.

Two soccer stars decided to keep things patriotic and head out as Olympic gymnasts. Here are some wonderful pics of Alex Morgan as an unimpressed McKayla Maroney and Sydney Leroux as Gabby Douglas, thanks to Morgan's Twitter feed. 

Here is the 23-year-old U.S. women's soccer star sporting the famous look of the most unimpressed gymnast. 

The self shots continue as the two throw some shoutouts to Gabby Douglas and Maroney.

It's nearly holiday season, so it makes sense Morgan would run into an elf known as Buddy. 

Thanks to Larry Brown Sports, we have a pic of more soccer stars. Here is Abby Wambach as some sort of fighter pilot and Shannon Boxx as one Foxy Cleopatra. 

Some of you may still have leftover face paint from a raucous weekend or the last tingle of pains from a gnarly hangover. 

Please let these moments of Halloween from sports star Alex Morgan assuage any remaining ills. Halloween can be a great holiday, and we can't wait till next year's collection of costumes.
