There is no question that Alexander Ovechkin is the best hockey player in the NHL right now.

He is on his way to winning his second consecutive league MVP, and hopefully for Washington Capitals fans, Ovechkin is ready to lead the Caps deep into the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
