Biggest Storyline: United States needing a result

The United States is a in a better situation now than they were in two days ago. After their victory at Antigua and Barbuda, all the Americans need is a draw to advance.

It's still not an easy task, but a much more feasible feat to accomplish.

Players to Watch

Eddie Johnson

Remember when Eddie Johnson was supposed to be the next big thing for the United States? It hasn't quite worked out that way.

However, despite some early-career struggles, Johnson scored two of the biggest goals of his career to push the United States past Antigua and Barbuda Friday night.

Jurgen Klinsmann believes in Johnson and gave him the nod in his first United States men's national team game since 2010. His confidence paid extreme dividends and I can't see him going away from Johnson in another result-needed contest.

Johnson is a must watch for this contest.

Tim Howard

This is the reason Tim Howard is the United States' No. 1. This is his time to shine; his time to save the day if necessary. He is one of the best keepers in the world and he is shining on the biggest stage—English Premier League at Everton.

He needs to come through with one of his best performances in a United States uniform.

Graham Zusi

Graham Zusi has been one of the hottest players in qualification. His stock has been increasing quickly with his quality play and it continued Friday night with a nice, bending assist to Johnson.

Zusi will be playing in front of his home fans in Kansas City, where he plays his club football at Sporting Kansas City. This will be the biggest moment in his career. We'll see whether he flourishes or disappears.
