Buffalo Bills' fans are rejoicing. In a critical Week 4 matchup, the Bills will have both of their top running backs available against the Patriots.

Fred Jackson will get the start, but Spiller will also see a fair amount of snaps.

Jackson is wearing a brace on his right knee, so it will be interesting to see how he performs. Look for Spiller to come in to spell Jackson and also as a wide receiver as the Bills attempt to spread the field.

For Bills fans who also play fantasy football, it is safe to start Jackson this week. He'll be the lead back and receive the majority of the teams' carries. I'd be a bit weary of placing Spiller in my lineup, however. Spiller will be in the game, but he may be more of a decoy against the Patriots.

If the Bills find a way to win this week, they'll have significant momentum heading into their West Coast trip to play the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals. A win will also place the Bills two games ahead of the Patriots, who have dominated the AFC East for the last decade, in the win column.

After the game, we'll all know if the Bills have a realistic shot of not only getting to the playoffs, but perhaps winning the AFC East as well. Having their top two offensive weapons can do nothing but help the Bills.
