New York Jets' Injury Report for Week 3 Contest vs. Miami Dolphins

Adam WaksmanSep 22, 2012

The New York Jets have released their injury report for Sunday's game (via James Walker of ESPN). The Jets have five players at questionable or worse. Here they are:

Out: Offensive tackle Dennis Landolt

Doubtful: Fullback John Conner, Linebacker Bryan Thomas

Questionable: Cornerback Ellis Lankster, Tight End Dustin Keller

With cornerback Darrelle Revis being back, Ellis Lankster will not be sorely missed. Bryan Thomas is a loss but an expected one.

The player on this list to watch is Dustin Keller. There is still some chance he will play this week, but not a great chance. As the Jets' best pass-catching tight end, Keller is a big part of the offense.

In addition to these names, the Jets have a laundry list of 17 players under "probable." However, all of them should be able to play. The important ones are Revis, Sione Pouha and LaRon Landry.

The Jets have all of their key defensive pieces back for Sunday.

If the defense is what the Jets think it is, it should be able to embarrass a Miami Dolphins offense whose only real threat is running back Reggie Bush.
