"This could be the time for me to move," Hulk said. "I would feel comfortable with moving clubs and the English league is one that appeals to me."
Chelsea have long been linked with Hulk, 26. More recently, Zenit St. Petersburg emerged as a front-runner for his signature.
Ocampos to Monaco?
Argentine wonderkid Lucas Ocampos appears set for a move to the French league.
Ocampos, an 18-year-old attacking midfielder, is expected to join AS Monaco from River Plate for about €16 million (AFP).
Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea had been linked with Ocampos (Daily Mail).
Ocampos has represented Argentina eight times at the U-17 level.

Chelsea and Manchester United are also thought to be interested.
UPDATE: Everton have announced that they have accepted Manchester City's bid for Rodwell. The amount of the bid is undisclosed. Rodwell is set for a medical Sunday.
Owen, Stoke Still Far Apart
