Each day, I like to get the blood flowing with a workout—usually a daily jog. I can clear my head, reflect on my day and think about what’s going on around the NFC South.

 

Atlanta Falcons

When middle linebacker Akeem Dent left the game with a head injury, it continued a string of injuries for the Falcons at the position (via The Atlanta Journal-Constitution).

Carolina Panthers

The (Rock Hill, S.C.) Herald reports that linebackers Jon Beason and Thomas Davis are doubtful for Saturday's game against Houston.
