Each morning, I like to start the day off with a workout—usually a morning jog. I can clear my head, plan my day, and think about what’s going on around the NFC South.


Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons waived Chad Faulcon and Lofa Tatupu, signed defensive tackle Elisha Joseph and wide receiver Tim Toone and placed Corey Peters on the active, non-football injury list. [Atlanta Journal-Constitution]

Carolina Panthers
