NFC South Morning Jog: Atlanta Falcons Make Several Roster Moves

Each morning, I like to start the day off with a workout—usually a morning jog. I can clear my head, plan my day, and think about what’s going on around the NFC South.

 

Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons waived Chad Faulcon and Lofa Tatupu, signed defensive tackle Elisha Joseph and wide receiver Tim Toone and placed Corey Peters on the active, non-football injury list. [Atlanta Journal-Constitution]

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution continued its "Countdown to camp" series with a look at the quarterbacks.

Carolina Panthers

Carolina head coach Ron Rivera said he hoped that the rest of his team is focused on winning the Super Bowl in 2013, taking a page from Ryan Kalil's book on optimism. [Rock Hill Herald]

New Orleans Saints
