Each morning, I like to start the day off with a workout—usually a morning jog. I can clear my head, plan my day, and think about what’s going on around the NFC South.

Atlanta Falcons

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution continues its "Countdown to camp" with a look at the wide receivers.

Carolina Panthers

The Panthers will auction off a trio of 19-foot-high, 34-foot-wide vinyl Panther heads that were a part of the scoreboards at Bank of America Stadium. [Charlotte Observer]

The Panthers will kick off the season with a three-day rookie minicamp Monday that's open to first-year and select players. Cam Newton will attend, according to the Charlotte Observer.
