What's Next?

The riders embark on Stage 17 on Thursday, a stage complete with plenty of grueling ascents and dangerous descents as they make their way from Bagneres-de-Luchon to Peyragudes. The maximum gradient in Stage 17 is a whopping 11 percent, which should see the true climbers race well. Frank and Andy Schleck have called the final descent of the 143.5-kilometer stage as "fatally dangerous," per UK.Eurosport.Yahoo.com.
